Position Overview:

Courtesy Nissan is seeking a full-time

Service Advisor

to join our dynamic service team. As the primary liaison between our customers and the service department, you'll play a critical role in delivering a seamless, transparent, and satisfying service experience. From routine maintenance to complex repairs, you'll guide customers through the service process, ensuring their vehicles are properly diagnosed, serviced, and returned in top condition.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet all service customers promptly and professionally, establishing a positive first impression. Accurately document customer concerns and vehicle symptoms for both maintenance and repair visits. Conduct thorough vehicle walkarounds and inspections with customers when appropriate. Provide clear explanations of recommended services, repairs, and associated costs. Communicate with technicians to ensure accurate diagnostics and timely service completion. Keep customers informed of vehicle status, changes in repair timelines, and any additional service needs. Review completed work with customers, answer questions, and ensure satisfaction before vehicle delivery. Handle customer payments and process repair orders accurately. Assist in maintaining a smooth and efficient service drive operation. Promote dealership service specials and maintenance packages when appropriate.

Qualifications:

Prior experience as a Service Advisor or in automotive service/customer service is preferred. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume environment. Solid understanding of automotive systems and repair processes. Professional appearance and a customer-first attitude. Proficiency with dealership management systems (CDK or similar experience is a plus). Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Willingness to submit to a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
