What You'll Do

Make outbound calls for recalls, past-due services, and declined work Handle customer payments and repair orders Manage our loaner vehicle fleet Answer phones, direct customers, and follow up promptly Support managers with clerical duties and customer assistance

What We're Looking For

Strong communication and computer skills Previous customer service experience preferred Team player with a professional appearance Must be 18+ and available Monday-Friday (some Saturdays) Must pass a background check and drug screening
