Job Description

As the Service Admin, you will be responsible for customer follow-up, data entry, and basic administrative duties. The ideal candidate has good time management skills, attention to detail, and outstanding customer service skills. Pay: $20 per hour

What you'll do:

Customer service updates Data entry - translating technician notes for entry into our Service database File and photo organization - filing paper copies of forms as well as uploading photos and documents into our Service system Assisting with calculations of technician work time Working effectively as a team with Service, Parts, Sales, and store leadership

What we're looking for:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills Confidence in phone communication and multi-line phone use The ability to work independently as well as in a team setting Experience in event coordination Strong computer and data entry skills Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment An awesome attitude! Neat, clean and professional appearance High School Diploma or GED Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record Ability to pass a background check and drug test Demonstrate behaviors consistent with the Company's Vision, Mission, and Value in all interactions with customers and co-workers
