Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented person to join our team. The ideal candidate will need a passion for hospitality and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities

- Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently
- Provide guests with menus and inform them of daily specials
- Take food and beverage orders accurately
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely service
- Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area
- Assist with food delivery as needed

Experience

At least 6 months of hands-on experience in a full-service dining environment and a strong understanding of cocktails, beer, and spirits are required.
- Knowledge of guest services, phone etiquette, and customer service practices
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members
- Experience in the hospitality industry or hotel environment is a plus
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with food service operations and POS systems

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $9.00 - $10.00 per hour
