Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor. Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently. Provide detailed menu information and recommendations to enhance the dining experience. Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring presentation meets our high standards. Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns with professionalism. Process payments using a cash register, ensuring accuracy in transactions. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area throughout service. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders. Uphold all health and safety regulations while serving food.

Skills

Strong guest services skills with the ability to create memorable experiences for customers. Basic math skills for processing payments and handling cash register transactions. Excellent time management skills to efficiently manage multiple tables and tasks during busy periods. Effective communication skills to engage with guests and team members alike. Previous experience in food service, particularly in fine dining, is preferred but not required. Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude. A genuine desire to help others and provide outstanding customer service.
