We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have an enjoyable dining experience by delivering high-quality service, taking orders accurately, and maintaining a clean and inviting atmosphere.

Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor, ensuring they feel valued and appreciated. Take food and drink orders accurately using the Aloha POS system. Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring presentation standards are met. Assist with bussing tables to maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area. Provide assistance with food preparation as needed, adhering to culinary standards. Sanitate work areas and dining spaces regularly to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Respond promptly to guest inquiries or concerns, providing help as needed to enhance their experience. Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth service operations.

Requirements

Previous experience in a server or hospitality role is preferred but not required. Basic math skills for handling transactions and processing payments accurately. Knowledge of food preparation techniques is a plus. Ability to work in a nightclub or high-energy environment while maintaining professionalism. Strong communication skills with an emphasis on guest services. Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as required by the business needs.

Pay: $7.25 - $14.27 per hour
