We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in a fast-paced dining environment. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, ensuring that guests have a memorable dining experience. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming atmosphere.

Duties

Greet and seat guests in a friendly manner, providing menus and information about specials. Take accurate food and drink orders using the Aloha POS system or similar technology. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders. Serve food and beverages to guests while adhering to food handling and sanitation standards. Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and providing change. Assist in maintaining cleanliness of the dining area, including sanitizing tables and utensils. Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction. Work as part of a team to create a positive dining experience for all patrons.

Skills

Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with team members. Proficient in using POS systems, particularly Aloha POS or similar platforms. Knowledge of food handling procedures and culinary practices. Basic math skills for cash handling and processing payments accurately. Ability to maintain high standards of sanitation in food service areas. Experience in the food industry is preferred but not required. Excellent communication skills with a focus on helping guests have an enjoyable experience.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.72 - $22.25 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
