We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced dining environment. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, ensuring that guests have a memorable dining experience. Your responsibilities will include taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming atmosphere.

Duties

Greet and seat guests with a friendly demeanor, ensuring they feel welcomed. Take accurateorders using Aloha POS or Micros POS systems. Serve drinks promptly while adhering to food safety standards. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed. Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations through effective bussing practices. Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction with their dining experience. Assist with sanitation practices in accordance with health regulations to maintain a safe environment for guests and staff. Participate in ongoing training to enhance customer service skills.

Experience

Ideal candidates will possess the following skills:

Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments, particularly in fine dining or nightlife settings. Familiarity with Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar systems for efficient order processing. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables effectively during peak hours. Basic math skills for accurate billing and cash handling. Knowledge of food handling practices and safety regulations within the culinary industry. Excellent customer service skills with an emphasis on guest relations and satisfaction. Experience as a host/host is a plus, along with any background in kitchen operations or culinary arts.
