You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining the overall cleanliness of the dining area. Responsibilities

Greet and seat guests promptly with a warm and welcoming demeanor. Take accurate food and drink orders using the Aloha POS system. Deliver food and beverages to tables efficiently while ensuring guest satisfaction. Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness throughout the dining area. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and address any guest concerns. Manage time effectively to handle multiple tables during peak hours. Foster positive guest relations by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Maintain knowledge of menu items, specials, and promotions to provide informed recommendations. Uphold high standards of hygiene and safety in accordance with health regulations.

Qualifications

Previous experience as a Server in a restaurant or nightclub setting is preferred but not required. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy environment. Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Aloha, is a plus. Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented atmosphere. Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation standards is desirable. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
