Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. As a Server, you will play a vital role in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests while ensuring that all food and beverage orders are delivered accurately and efficiently.

Responsibilities

Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner. Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverage offerings, including daily specials. Take accurate food and drink orders using the Toast POS system. Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales. Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to tables while maintaining high standards of presentation. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal, addressing any concerns promptly. Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation during service periods. Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines.

Experience

Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred, particularly in upscale dining environment. Strong culinary knowledge is a plus, with an understanding of various cuisines and cooking techniques. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during peak hours. Basic math skills for accurate order processing and handling payments. Familiarity with upselling techniques to enhance guest experiences. Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment while maintaining professionalism under pressure.
