Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and personable Host/Server to join our team in delivering exceptional dining experiences. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing outstanding guest services. As a Host/Server, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued while efficiently managing their dining experience.

Duties

Greet guests warmly upon arrival and guide them to their tables. Manage reservations and seating arrangements to optimize flow and guest satisfaction. Take food and beverage orders accurately using the POS system, preferably Aloha POS. Serve food and drinks promptly, ensuring all guest needs are met throughout their visit. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations. Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders. Handle guest inquiries or concerns with professionalism, providing solutions to enhance their experience. Uphold high standards of food service and hospitality at all times.

Experience

Previous experience in a hotel or restaurant setting is preferred but not required. Strong communication skills with an emphasis on phone etiquette when handling reservations or inquiries. Familiarity with food service operations and guest relations is advantageous. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. A genuine desire to help others and create memorable experiences for guests.
