Job Title: Server

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Server to join our team in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, excellent communication skills, and a customer-centric approach. As a Server, you will play a key role in ensuring guest satisfaction by providing efficient and friendly service. Ideal candidate would also have some bar experience.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Present menus, make recommendations, and take food and beverage orders
- Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately
- Upsell menu items and beverages to enhance the dining experience
- Check on guests regularly to ensure satisfaction with their meals
- Clear tables efficiently and reset them for the next guests
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in fine dining or upscale restaurant settings
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage items, including wine pairings
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for order processing and billing
- Knowledge of food handling and safety regulations
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Sales skills for upselling menu items
- Familiarity with bussing tables and assisting colleagues as needed
