We are currently seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Server to join our team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring their dining experience is enjoyable and memorable. ```Duties:```
- Greet guests and escort them to their tables
- Present menus and provide detailed information on food and beverage options
- Take accurate food and drink orders
- Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately
- Ensure guest satisfaction by checking on tables regularly
- Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner
- Process payments using cash handling procedures
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area

```Experience:```
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required
- Knowledge of food handling and safety regulations
- Basic math skills for handling payments and making change
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus
- Strong guest relations skills with the ability to provide exceptional customer service
- Experience with OpenTable or other reservation systems is an advantage
