This role is perfect for someone who values precision, teamwork, and can thrive in a fast-paced, refined setting.

Key Responsibilities:

- As the focal point of the guest experience, provide attentive, informed service to create memorable dining moments.

- Receive dedicated support from hosts, food runners, bussers, and server assistants to ensure you have what you need to deliver the best service possible.

- Share your knowledge of beer, wine, sake, and spirits, and make thoughtful pairing recommendations.

- Work collaboratively with front- and back-of-house teams to maintain a smooth, seamless service.

- Handle guest inquiries with professionalism and a positive attitude.

Qualifications:

- Prior server experience.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Reliable attendance and flexibility with shifts.

- Mandarin language skills preferred, but not required.
