The Breakfast Spot is a fast-paced, family-friendly diner known for our all-day breakfast, iconic Steak in a Sack, and exceptional customer service. We take pride in serving our community with great food, consistency, and a welcoming atmosphere every day.

Position Summary

We are looking for

experienced servers

who can deliver outstanding guest service during busy breakfast and lunch rushes. The ideal candidate is reliable, energetic, and able to manage multiple tables while keeping a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

Greet guests promptly with a warm, friendly attitude Take accurate food & beverage orders and input them into the POS Deliver food quickly and correctly, ensuring clean presentation Maintain dining room cleanliness: tables, condiments, silverware, etc. Monitor guest satisfaction and handle any concerns professionally Assist with side work, restocking, and opening/closing duties Work efficiently with cooks, hosts, and other team members Handle payments, receipts, and tip reporting correctly Follow all health, safety, and sanitation procedures

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of serving experience required (diner or breakfast preferred)

Must be able to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) -- no exceptions

Must be available

6:00 AM-5:00 PM

Strong communication & customer service skills Ability to handle a fast-paced environment Reliable transportation and excellent attendance Able to stand for long periods and carry trays/plates safely Positive attitude, teamwork mindset, and attention to detail
