La Rana Bistro

is a small, locally owned restaurant in downtown Decorah with a seasonal menu that highlights local produce, scratch-made dishes, and craft cocktails. We are open for lunch and dinner, Tuesday through Saturday.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Server to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and the food industry, ensuring an exceptional dining experience for our guests.

Duties:

- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Present menus and explain menu items to customers
- Take food and beverage orders accurately
- Serve food and beverages promptly
- Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly

-Answer phone and take guest reservations accurately
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders
- Assist in bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a restaurant setting is preferred
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

Pay:

Starting hourly wage

$9.50/h + tips
