Overview: We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Server to join our team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests. Responsibilities: - Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner - Take food and drink orders accurately and promptly - Deliver orders to tables in a timely manner - Provide recommendations and answer questions about menu items - Upsell additional food and beverage items to enhance the guest experience - Ensure guest satisfaction by checking on tables regularly - Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area - Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth food service - Process payments accurately using Aloha POS system - Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines Skills: - Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently - Strong knowledge of basic math for accurate order taking and billing - Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment - Exceptional customer service skills to provide a positive dining experience - Familiarity with restaurant operations and kitchen procedures - Proficiency in using Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems - Ability to upsell menu items to increase sales Note: This is not an exhaustive list of responsibilities and skills.
