We are looking for friendly, energetic, and service-oriented individuals to join our team as waitstaff. As a member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional dining experiences to our guests by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additionally, our waitstaff play a key role in our catering and event services, assisting with off-site and in-house events to create memorable experiences for our guests.

Responsibilities:

Greet and seat customers in a welcoming manner Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them to the kitchen/bar Deliver food and beverages promptly and professionally Ensure tables are clean and properly set Provide menu recommendations and answer customer inquiries Handle customer concerns with a positive and solution-oriented approach Process payments and issue receipts Assist with catering services, including setup, service, and breakdown of events Work off-site at catering events as needed, ensuring seamless food and beverage service Collaborate with team members to execute successful events, from intimate gatherings to large functions

Requirements:

Previous restaurant or catering experience preferred but not required Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Must be at least 18 years old (for alcohol service) Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Ability to lift and carry trays, equipment, and supplies for catering events Positive attitude and strong work ethic
