Responsibilities

Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, adhering to food safety regulations. Serve food and beverages to guests with a friendly and attentive demeanor. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and high-quality presentation of meals. Handle food items safely, utilizing proper knife skills and cooking techniques. Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, communicating needs to management. Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and feedback promptly.

Qualifications

Previous experience in the food industry, particularly in fine dining or similar environments. Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques. Culinary training or relevant certifications are preferred but not required. Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team setting. Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. A passion for cooking and serving others, with a keen eye for detail in presentation. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.

Pay: $12.00 - $18.00 per hour
