Busy Cafe in downtown Petoskey is currently hiring servers. Morning and Afternoon shifts. Responsibilities include:

Seating guests
Taking orders
Serving guests food and beverages including alcoholic beverages in a friendly and positive manner
Professional Table Side Wine Service
Pre-Bussing
Cleaning up after guests
Washing and polishing glasses during and after shift
Maintaining a clean, organized, sanitary environment at all times
Daily inventory
Closing and cleaning of cafe, bathrooms and bar area at the end of each shift
Maintaining knowledge of food and wine/spirit menus
Adhering to all Employee Policies without wavering
Servesafe certified in Alcohol service
