Server's Assistant (Busser/Food Runner)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Server's Assistant to support our serving staff and ensure a clean, organized, and welcoming dining environment. The Server's Assistant plays a vital role in enhancing the guest experience by assisting with table service, clearing and resetting tables, and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist servers by delivering food and beverages to tables promptly and accurately Clear, clean, and reset tables quickly and efficiently Refill water glasses and provide bread or other table items as needed Ensure dining and service areas are clean, organized, and stocked at all times Communicate guest needs or issues to servers or management Assist in setting up and breaking down dining areas before and after service Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in compliance with health regulations Support team members to ensure smooth and efficient service

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred Prior experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is a plus Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Excellent attention to detail and customer service skills Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs

Work Schedule:

Flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays as required
