Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly customer service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring clear communication with kitchen staff and bartenders Serve food and drinks promptly and professionally, maintaining presentation standards Clear tables efficiently by bussing dishes and resetting tables for new guests Assist in food handling duties to ensure safety and hygiene standards are met at all times Support the kitchen team with basic prep work or cleaning tasks as needed to maintain a smooth operation Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including sweeping, wiping down surfaces, and restocking supplies Collaborate with team members to deliver a cohesive and energetic service experience Handle guest inquiries or concerns with professionalism, ensuring customer satisfaction is prioritized Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines to uphold the integrity of food handling and service standards

Experience

Prior experience in food service or restaurant roles is preferred but not required; we welcome motivated newcomers eager to learn Familiarity with catering or hotel service environments is a plus Strong communication skills are essential for effective teamwork and guest interactions Experience in cleaning, bussing, or supporting kitchen operations will be advantageous Knowledge of food handling procedures and basic kitchen experience enhances your ability to excel in this role A genuine passion for hospitality and delivering excellent customer service is key to success here

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $7.25 - $10.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
