With our continued growth and addition of our Sapphire Event and Cocktail Lounge space,
Fireside Lounge & Supper Club along with our new Event Room & Cocktail Lounge is seeking skilled and enthusiastic Bartenders and Servers to join our team in a growing hospitality environment. We are open Wednesday thru Sunday, with flexible positions available. The ideal candidates will have a passion for customer service. We welcome experience in casual dining, nightclubs, or catering settings. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting exceptional beverages, providing outstanding service, and ensuring a memorable experience for our guests. As a server, providing a great guest experience.

Responsibilities

(Bartenders) Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. (Servers) Serving guests with the goal of offering the best dining experience in the area. Engage with customers to provide exceptional service, taking orders, answering questions, and making recommendations. Manage time effectively during busy shifts to ensure prompt service while maintaining quality. Handle cash transactions accurately while adhering to company policies regarding cash handling. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service during banquets or special events. Stay informed about the latest trends in the food industry, including brewing techniques and cocktail recipes.

Experience

Previous bartending experience in a restaurant, nightclub, or catering environment is a plus, but we are willing to train. Serving Experience is a plus, but we will gladly train the right individuals willing to provide exceptional customer service. Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests. Basic math skills are essential for accurate cash handling and order processing. Knowledge of food safety practices and food handling regulations is required. Experience in sales within the hospitality sector is a plus, as well as familiarity with retail math concepts related to inventory management.
