Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Host/Server to join our dynamic team in a dining environment. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for hospitality and an eagerness to provide exceptional service to our guests. As a Host/Server, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable dining experiences by ensuring that guests feel welcomed and well taken care of from the moment they arrive until they leave.

Duties

Greet and seat guests promptly with a warm and friendly demeanor. Manage reservations using OpenTable and assist with walk-in guests. Present menus, take orders, and provide detailed information about menu items. Utilize basic math skills to accurately process orders and handle payments through the POS system. Upsell food and beverage items to enhance guest experience and increase sales. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including bussing tables and resetting them for new guests. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery and address any guest inquiries or concerns. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal, ensuring all needs are met.

Qualifications

Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tables and tasks simultaneously. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster positive guest interactions. Basic math skills for order processing and handling payments accurately. A genuine passion for hospitality and providing outstanding customer service. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.65 - $17.31 per hour
