Our guest experience at the 1929 Hotel Seville will include a bar and restaurant, offering great food and a unique environment. We are looking for servers, bartenders, cooks, and dishwashers to join the Hotel Seville restaurant team.

Job Summary:

Servers will be responsible for customer experience from arrival to departure. Servers will answer menu questions, take and deliver orders, process payment, and assist in cleaning tasks. Servers should be customer service oriented and work to maintain a positive and fun environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers upon arrival Maintain a positive and friendly attitude Retain knowledge of all menu items and answer menu questions Take guest orders, offer menu suggestions and upsell where appropriate Enter orders into Lightspeed POS Check customer IDs for all drink orders Communicate with bartenders and kitchen staff Ensure customer satisfaction by remaining attentive to their needs Work to resolve any customer complaints and escalate to management as needed Process payments Clear table after guest departure

Skills and Physical Requirements:

Customer service skills Verbal communication Ability to carry customer orders to and from the kitchen Ability and willingness to assist in cleaning tasks Experience working with a POS system preferred
