Job Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Host/Server! As a Host/Server, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional guest service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our customers. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests with a warm and friendly welcome
- Seat guests and provide them with menus
- Take food and beverage orders accurately
- Upsell menu items and promote daily specials
- Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner
- Ensure tables are clean and properly set up before seating guests
- Assist with food preparation as needed
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
- Process payments using Lavu POS system
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the restaurant
Skills:
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members
- Knowledge of food industry standards and practices
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in order taking and food delivery

Texas minimum wage is $7.25 for servers in training and $2.13/hour as a server. Our guaranteed hourly rate is $15/hour per payroll period.
