As a Host/Server, you will play a crucial role in welcoming guests, taking orders, and ensuring their needs are met throughout their visit.

Responsibilities

Greet and seat guests promptly with a warm and welcoming demeanor. Provide excellent customer service by taking food and drink orders accurately and efficiently. Maintain knowledge of the menu, including daily specials, to assist guests with their selections. Operate the POS system to process orders and payments seamlessly. Ensure tables are clean, well-stocked, and ready for new guests. Address guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism and courtesy. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery and quality service. Assist in maintaining a clean and organized dining area, including clearing tables after guests leave. Uphold high standards of guest relations by providing attentive service throughout the dining experience.

Experience

Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not required. Strong customer service skills with the ability to help guests feel welcome and valued. Familiarity with restaurant operations, including phone etiquette for reservations or inquiries. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills to foster positive guest relations and teamwork among staff members.
