We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Server/Dishwasher to join our team. This role is essential in providing exceptional service to our guests while maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, food service, and teamwork, ensuring smooth operations during busy hours. Previous experience in restaurant, catering, or hotel settings is preferred but not required. This position offers an opportunity to develop culinary and hospitality skills in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

Greet and serve guests promptly and courteously, taking food and beverage orders accurately Buss tables efficiently, ensuring a clean and welcoming dining area Assist with food preparation and plating as needed, supporting kitchen staff Maintain cleanliness of dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment through proper dishwashing procedures Support events and banquet setups with food handling and service tasks Follow food safety standards and proper hygiene practices at all times Help with general cleaning duties in the dining area and kitchen to uphold sanitation standards Collaborate with team members to ensure excellent guest experiences during all shifts

Experience

Previous experience in food service, retirement community, restaurant, catering, or hospitality environments is preferred Familiarity with food handling, bussing, serving, and basic kitchen operations is advantageous Experience with banquet service or hotel dining is a plus Knowledge of culinary practices or kitchen experience can be beneficial but is not mandatory Strong communication skills and the ability to work efficiently under pressure are essential for success in this role
