At Toast n Tap, our servers are more than order-takers--they're guest experience architects. From the first "Good morning!" to the last refill of coffee or mimosa, you'll bring warmth, efficiency, and a dash of swagger to every table. We serve up playful breakfast fare, bold brunch cocktails, and a vibe that's equal parts cozy and creative.?
Key Responsibilities:
- Guest Engagement: Greet guests with genuine enthusiasm, guide them through our menu (yes, even the punny parts), and tailor recommendations to their tastes.
- Menu Mastery: Know our breakfast dishes, brunch cocktails, and rotating specials inside-out--including ingredients, allergens, and prep styles.
- Efficient Service: Manage multiple tables with grace, speed, and attention to detail. Anticipate needs before they're spoken.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate clearly with kitchen, bar, and fellow servers. Support smooth flow during peak hours and special events.
- Problem Solving: Handle guest concerns with empathy and professionalism, turning hiccups into high-fives.
- POS & Payments: Accurately enter orders, manage tabs, and process payments with care and accountability.
What We're Looking For:
- A morning person with hustle and heart
- Strong communication skills and a sense of humor
- Experience in fast-paced dining preferred, but not required
- Ability to multitask and stay cool under pressure
- Weekend availability and brunch stamina
