As a Server at Mister O1 you will provide 5-star service for our guests by ensuring their entire dining experience is Extraordinary! You'll help with menu selections, quickly refill beverages, and ensure food arrives in a timely manner always delivering warm and friendly interactions. When our guests leave Mister O1, we want them to come back not only because the pizza is exceptional, but the service is too. We are looking for team players who are professional, hardworking individuals, and demonstrate great attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

- Maintain a fast paced section while upholding company standards of service.

-Complete the Server training and pass the Menu knowledge test.
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and efficient manner.
- Take food and drink orders accurately and promptly.
- Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner.
- Ensure guest satisfaction by providing excellent customer service.
- Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate and timely order delivery.
- Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register accurately.
- Provide information about menu items, specials, and promotions to guests.

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of serving experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for cash handling and order accuracy
- Knowledge of food preparation and safety guidelines
- Excellent hospitality skills with a focus on guest satisfaction

Please note that this position may require standing for long periods of time and lifting up to 25 pounds. The ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is also necessary.
