Assisting customers in determining their food and drink orders.
Processing customer orders in a timely manner.
Instructing kitchen staff on customer orders.
Ensuring all orders are delivered on time and correctly.
Accepting cash and card payments.
Handing over a copy of the receipt and returning the change.
Closing out register for end of day.
Packing food orders in correct bags.
Addressing and resolving customer queries on time.
Keeping the Restaurant Manager informed about any serious issues.
