Pio's Pizzeria is looking for friendly, reliable, and energetic

Counter Staff/Server

to join our fast-paced, family-owned pizzeria. This role is customer-facing and hands-on--perfect for someone who enjoys multitasking, working as part of a team, and creating a great experience for every guest.

Daytime availability is required.

Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and take orders accurately (in person and by phone) Bag and organize food orders for dine-in and takeout Handle cash and credit card transactions with accuracy Operate the

Toast POS system

for orders and payments Maintain a clean, organized counter and customer area Restock supplies and assist with light inventory needs Answer customer questions and resolve issues promptly and professionally Work closely with kitchen and counter staff to keep service running smoothly, especially during busy hours

Qualifications

Must be able to work days (weekday daytime availability required)

1+ year experience in counter service, food service, or waiting tables preferred Strong customer service and communication skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Basic food handling and safety knowledge is a plus POS experience helpful (Toast or similar systems)
