We are seeking a skilled Servers/Bartenders to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in a fast-paced environment and possess excellent customer service skills.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve beverages to customers following standard recipes
- Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations when necessary
- Operate POS systems and handle cash transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar and dinning area and adhere to health and safety regulations
- Upsell additional products when appropriate
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely drink service
- Assist in opening and closing duties as needed
Qualifications
- Previous experience in bartending/server or a related role preferred
- Knowledge of various drink recipes and mixology techniques
- Familiarity with POS systems, especially Toast POS, is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage with diverse clientele
- Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Sales or catering experience would be beneficial
