Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in fine dining, food service, and banquet settings. Knowledge of brewing, Aloha POS, and catering is a plus.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve drinks to patrons following standard recipes
- Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area and equipment
- Check customers' identification and confirm they meet legal drinking age
- Handle cash transactions and operate the POS system
- Monitor inventory and restock bar supplies as needed

Skills:
- Experience in fine dining or upscale establishments
- Proficiency with Aloha POS system is advantageous
- Strong math skills for measuring ingredients and handling transactions
- Exceptional customer service skills to ensure a positive guest experience
- Knowledge of catering services is beneficial
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
