What you'll do

Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, wines, and non-alcoholic drinks, while adhering to food safety standards. Utilize Toast POS system to efficiently process orders and manage payments. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas to enhance the guest experience. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders and address any guest inquiries or concerns. Demonstrate strong time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar patrons effectively during peak hours. Engage in ongoing training on menu items, brewing techniques, and food handling practices to elevate your expertise in the food industry.

Experience

2+ years of previous experience in a restaurant setting is required

, showcasing your ability to thrive in fast-paced environments. Familiarity with cash handling procedures and basic math skills for accurate transaction processing. Proven track record of delivering outstanding customer service that leaves guests feeling valued and appreciated. Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food handling is essential for this role.
