We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic server/bartender to join our team at a fun and exciting restaurant. As a server/bartender, you will be responsible for serving delicious cocktails, beer, and wine to our guests while maintaining a clean and welcoming atmosphere behind the bar plus flexibility with serving guests and managing a food service section (waiter/waitress).

Our ideal candidate should have a passion for hospitality, excellent customer service skills, and flexibility for food service (waiter/waitress) & bartending.

Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks to guests
Make recommendations to guests based on their preferences and our menu offerings
Maintain a clean and organized area
Follow all local and state laws regarding the service of alcohol
Engage with guests in a friendly and welcoming manner
Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently
Help to create and maintain a positive and energetic atmosphere for our guests

Requirements:
Must be 21 years of age or older
Prior experience working as a bartender or in the hospitality industry is preferred
Strong knowledge of mixology and drink recipes preferred
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
