We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server/Bartenders to join our team in a fast-paced restaurant/Bar environment. The ideal candidates will possess a passion for providing exceptional guest services and a strong commitment top notch customer service. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests have an enjoyable dining experience by delivering high-quality service and maintaining our standards.

Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor, ensuring they feel valued and appreciated. Take accurate food and beverage orders using the Aloha POS system, ensuring all requests are communicated clearly to the kitchen staff. Provide detailed menu information, including daily specials, to assist guests in making informed choices. Serve food and beverages promptly while adhering to food safety guidelines and sanitation standards. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience, addressing any concerns or requests promptly. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and high-quality presentation of dishes. Prepare tables for dining by setting up utensils, glassware, and condiments as needed. Process payments efficiently while ensuring accuracy in transactions. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including sanitizing tables and removing used dishes promptly.

Experience

Previous experience in guest services or customer service roles is preferred, particularly within the food industry or fine dining settings. Familiarity with food safety practices and sanitation protocols is essential. Experience using Skytab POS or similar restaurant management software is a plus. Strong math skills for handling transactions accurately. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while maintaining a positive attitude under pressure.
