Hiring Bartender/Server Must have

1 year Bartending experience.

1 year server experience

This is Bartending and server position with possibility for growth. This is a Mom and Pops ran restaurant. We are looking for server that can be the best server, bartender that can be the best Bartender with room for more. Spring and summer is our go time , We love our Sports , We are looking for that induvial that would grow with Paddle Pub for a long term position.

Transparency: We are a local restaurant and sports pub with great food and drinks with great local community that keeps us busy year around with summers being extra busy with our outdoor patio, lake goers headed to the 7 lakes in our area. We are looking for someone to grow with our company, someone that wants to do more then just be the best server/bartender. The right person could also make fun sessional cocktails, food parings, have input on menu food and drinks, specialty cocktail menus, training of staff, fun promotions, orders, key holder just to name a few.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.66 - $60.00 per hour
