Fire & Ale is a small business in Sherman, IL. We are professional, agile and our goal is to provide our guests with big city service and cuisine with a small town atmosphere. .
Server team members will be responsible for the total guest experience while dining with us. Duties range from seating guests upon arrival to bussing tables once the guests have finished, and everything in between. Server team members are the restaurant's main communication point with our guests, as well as our sales force. Server team members will be required to have knowledge of all menu items, cocktails and other available alcohol, and great customer service. Nights and weekends are required for this position, especially Sunday availability. Competitive pay, flexible scheduling, and a team based locally owned family business are awaiting a new team member.
