As a Server/Bartender, you will play a key role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring guest satisfaction in our dining establishment. Responsibilities: - Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Take food and beverage orders accurately
- Deliver orders promptly and adhere to food safety standards
- Provide menu recommendations and answer inquiries about menu items
- Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register efficiently
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order preparation
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area Requirements: - Previous experience in the food service industry is preferred
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Knowledge of Toast POS system is a plus
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
