Duties
Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring swift and friendly service.
Mix, garnish, and serve drinks responsibly, adhering to all food safety and alcohol serving regulations.
Provide attentive customer service by greeting guests warmly, answering questions about menu items, and making personalized recommendations.
Manage multiple tables or bar stations efficiently through effective time management and organization.
Handle cash transactions accurately through cashiering duties, including cash handling and basic math calculations for bills and tips.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all service areas, following proper food handling procedures.
Assist with catering, banquet service, or nightclub events as needed to support various hospitality functions.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy hours while promoting a positive work environment.
Qualifications
Previous restaurant or food service experience is preferred, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings.
Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally.
Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar stations efficiently during peak hours.
Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques.
Ability to perform basic math accurately for cash handling and retail math calculations.
Experience in catering, banquet service, brewing, or retail math is a plus.
