Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Server/Bartender to join our team. All our staff her are crossed trained. Which means serving and bartending is a must to keep up with our 4.7 star average on all platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for mixing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks to patrons, creating a welcoming and friendly environment for customers. Duties - Prepare and serve beverages following recipes or customer requests - Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations - Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately - Maintain cleanliness of the bar area and ensure compliance with food safety standards - Upsell drinks and snacks to increase revenue - Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food and beverage orders - Assist in organizing and setting up catering events Requirements - Previous experience in bartending or customer service is preferred - Knowledge of basic math for handling cash transactions - Familiarity with POS systems for order processing - Ability to handle food safely and follow hygiene standards - Excellent time management skills to handle peak hours efficiently - Strong communication skills to interact with customers effectively Join our team as a Bartender and showcase your mixology skills in a dynamic and fast-paced environment!
