Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Server/Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and providing exceptional customer service. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase bartending skills in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following standard recipes
- Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations
- Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar/dining room area and adhere to health and safety regulations
- Monitor inventory levels and restock bar/server station supplies as needed

Requirements:

- Previous experience in bartending or hospitality industry a plus
- Proficiency in basic math for handling payments and calculating change
- Familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems, including Toast POS, is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage with patrons effectively
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Knowledge of catering services is advantageous
- Experience in cash handling is preferred
