Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and personable Server/Bartender to join our dynamic hospitality team. Duties

Take orders accurately using POS systems such as pecan POS or Micros POS, ensuring quick and efficient service Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality Engage with guests to provide friendly, attentive customer service that encourages repeat visits Manage cash handling and cashiering responsibilities with precision, including processing payments and giving correct change Maintain food safety standards by adhering to proper food handling, sanitation, and cleanliness protocols Assist in setting up and breaking down banquet or catering events as needed Monitor the dining area for cleanliness and organization, ensuring a welcoming environment at all times Use effective time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy shifts in various settings such as restaurants, nightclubs, or banquet halls

Experience

Previous restaurant experience is highly preferred, especially in fine dining, nightclub, or banquet environments Familiarity with POS systems like pecan POS or Micros POS is advantageous Demonstrated ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently Experience with food safety practices and proper food handling procedures Strong customer service skills with a focus on creating positive guest interactions Basic math skills for retail math, hospitality calculations, and cash handling tasks Knowledge of the food industry's standards for serving alcohol responsibly in licensed venues such as nightclubs or bars
