Job Description

This position requires a high degree of customer service and is ideal for someone with previous experience in a bar environment. It is a high-volume position, and the right candidate will be involved in heavy lifting, stocking of inventory, and the cleaning of various bar areas. The ideal candidate has knowledge of various alcohol types, beer and wine serving methods, garnish preparation and can work independently in an environment where teamwork is crucial.

Must be available on Friday-Monday for evening shifts.

Responsibilities:

Handle customer issues in a friendly and tactful manner. Communicate effectively with servers and kitchen staff. Be able to listen and respond to multiple people at one time. Take drink orders and prepare them according to the customers' needs and preferences. Stock bar supplies as needed Make craft cocktails following our recipes This position is for Friday-Monday nights (about 20-25hrs per week). Must be available all Husker Football Weekends. More shifts may be available from time to time depending on events, time off request, etc...
