Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Server/Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Server/Bartender, you will be responsible for top notch service, crafting beverages, maintaining the bar area, and ensuring that guests have an enjoyable experience.

Duties

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and offering recommendations. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar/dining area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces. Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments through the POS system. Monitor inventory levels of bar supplies and assist with ordering when necessary. Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including responsible alcohol service practices. Assist in catering events as needed, ensuring that all beverage services meet guest expectations.

Skills

Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple orders during peak hours. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests. Proficient in cash handling and experience with POS systems, particularly Aloha POS is a plus. Knowledge of bartending techniques and cocktail recipes, with a willingness to learn new skills. Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and inventory management. A background in hospitality or catering is desirable but not required.

Pay: $8.00 - $11.00 per hour
