Duties

Greet guests warmly and take accurate orders for food and beverages, ensuring prompt and friendly service. Mix and serve drinks responsibly, adhering to all alcohol service laws and safety protocols. Handle POS transactions efficiently using systems like Spot On POS or Micros POS, including cash handling and processing payments. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area and dining space, following strict food safety and food handling standards. Assist with food delivery from kitchen to tables or bar stations, ensuring timely service during busy hours. Manage multiple tables or bar orders simultaneously with excellent time management skills to maximize guest satisfaction. Support catering, banquet events, or nightclub service as needed, providing seamless hospitality experiences in various settings.

Skills

Proven experience in food and Beverage service or Bar and restaurant a must min 2 years experience. Strong knowledge of POS systems like Aloha POS Spot On or Micros POS for efficient order processing and cash handling. Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and handle diverse situations professionally. Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks during high-volume periods while maintaining accuracy. Familiarity with food safety standards, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol service practices. Basic math skills for cash transactions, retail math understanding for sales upselling opportunities, and accurate bill calculation. Experience in catering or banquet settings is a plus, demonstrating versatility across different hospitality environments.
