Overview

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartenders and Servers to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for mixology and customer service, creating memorable experiences for our guests. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, managing the bar area, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere in our establishment.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces. Engage with customers to provide excellent service, take drink orders, and offer recommendations based on their preferences. Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and providing change. Monitor inventory levels of liquor, mixers, and garnishes; assist with ordering supplies as needed. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food orders and ensure timely service. Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including responsible alcohol service practices.

Skills

Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell drinks and promote specials effectively. Proficient in basic math skills for accurate cash handling and drink pricing. Experience in brewing or knowledge of various beverage types is a plus. Excellent time management skills to efficiently handle busy shifts. Familiarity with retail math concepts related to inventory management. Previous experience in nightclub or fine dining environments is preferred but not required. Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $7.00 - $10.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 40 per week
