Job Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic and professional Server/Bartender to join our dynamic hospitality team. The ideal candidate will excel in delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment, whether working at a fine dining restaurant, nightclub, or banquet setting. This role involves taking orders, serving food and beverages, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests. Experience with POS systems such as Aloha and Micros is preferred, along with a strong background in food safety and hospitality standards.

Duties

Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately using POS systems like Aloha and Micros Provide excellent customer service to ensure guest satisfaction in various settings including fine dining, nightclubs, and catering events Mix drinks and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages responsibly as a bartender Manage cash handling and perform cashiering duties efficiently Maintain cleanliness and proper food handling procedures according to food safety standards Upsell menu items to increase sales while ensuring guest needs are met Assist with setup and cleanup during events such as banquets or catering functions Handle guest inquiries professionally, providing information about menu items and specials Ensure compliance with all health regulations related to food industry standards

Requirements

Prior experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality industry preferred; experience in fine dining, nightclubs, or banquet service is a plus Proficiency with POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar orders efficiently Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally Knowledge of food safety protocols and proper food handling techniques Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and calculating bills accurately Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed in a fast-paced environment Previous experience with serving, bartending, or catering is desirable; familiarity with brewing or food industry trends is a bonus
