We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, engaging with guests, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere that enhances the overall dining experience.

Duties

Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes or customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and ensuring satisfaction. Monitor guest consumption of alcohol and adhere to responsible serving practices. Assist in inventory management by tracking supplies and placing orders as needed. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during busy periods, especially during banquets or special events. Stay updated on drink trends, menu changes, and food safety regulations.

Skills

Strong knowledge of food safety practices to maintain a hygienic work environment. Experience in banquet service is a plus, particularly in high-volume settings. Familiarity with brewing techniques for crafting specialty drinks. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to create a friendly atmosphere. Background in hospitality that enhances guest interactions. Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately. Sales skills to promote menu items effectively and increase revenue. Proficiency in Toast POS. Experience in fine dining establishments is preferred but not required. A solid understanding of restaurant operations to ensure seamless service.

Pay: $15.79 - $20.36 per hour
